Ravi Madala - President and CEO

Mr. Madala is a graduate Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in Logistics Strategy Development, Supply Chain Systems, and Materials Handling Systems Design. He has worked extensively in the areas of distribution strategy, operations measurement and performance reporting, pick-pack operations, and materials handling systems, warehouse management systems, design and implementation. Mr. Madala is experienced in developing domestic and international logistics strategies and network designs for wholesale, retail and consumer-direct distribution companies.

Scott Sprague – Principal Engineer

Mr. Sprague is a principal engineer at KEOGH Consulting and has over twenty years experience managing projects for a variety of clients in warehousing and distribution. His extensive experience in the planning, design and implementation of warehousing and distribution facilities is supplemented by previous experience in distribution operations management. The combination of engineering and operations experience provides Mr. Sprague with a unique background for developing solutions targeted to achieve client objectives in the field of distribution.

Thomas M. Walker - Associate Principal

Mr. Walker has more than twenty-five years of experience in the design and implementation of Material Handling Systems throughout North America and Europe.  His experience ranges from evaluation, planning, design, project management, implementation and short and long term training for both new and existing manufacturing and distribution environments. He has been involved in and personally responsible for system design, project management, building construction, installation, start-up and training in numerous major systems and facility construction projects that provided both improved throughput and productivity for a variety of companies. The industries and products handled include retail merchandise, dry and frozen foods, cosmetics, hardware and fasteners, automotive parts, books, office supplies, beverages, candy and tobacco, etc. in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe.

Mr. Walker is LEED AP certified in New Construction and Major Renovation Projects based on the Green Building Certification Institutes Standards and Practices.

Mr. Walker is well founded in various Material Handling equipment applications and has considerable knowledge in state-of-the-practice application and design, as well as their impacts and the necessary operational and financial considerations for practical application. His many years of practical experience in implementing hundreds of systems throughout the world result in a realistic and practical approach to solutions for improving Materials Handling Systems and productivity.  He has extensive contract and negotiations skills as they relate to the design and implementation of these Material Handling Systems. Mr. Walker’s experience makes him uniquely qualified to provide a wide range of possible solutions to a variety of problems in numerous industries.
