Ravi Madala - President and CEO
Mr. Madala is a graduate Industrial Engineer with extensive
experience in Logistics Strategy Development, Supply
Chain Systems, and Materials Handling Systems Design.
He has worked extensively in the areas of distribution
strategy, operations measurement and performance reporting,
pick-pack operations, and materials handling systems,
warehouse management systems, design and implementation.
Mr. Madala is experienced in developing domestic and
international logistics strategies and network designs
for wholesale, retail and consumer-direct distribution
companies.

Frank W. Renshaw, PE - Principal
Mr. Renshaw, is a co-founder of KEOGH Consulting.
He is a Registered Professional Engineer and has over
thirty years of diversified experience in the planning,
design, and implementation of modern and efficient
warehousing and distribution facilities. Mr. Renshaw’s
experience spans a broad array of industrial and commercial
organizations ranging from general merchandise, DIY
consumer goods, heavy equipment manufacturers, wholesale
and retail food distributors, book publishers and
distributors, records storage facilities, and retail
merchandise distributors, and a variety of Government
agencies.

Scott Sprague - Principal Engineer
Mr. Sprague is a principal engineer at KEOGH Consulting
and has over 20 years experience managing projects
for a variety of clients in warehousing and distribution.
His extensive experience in the planning, design and
implementation of warehousing and distribution facilities
is supplemented by previous experience in distribution
operations management. The combination of engineering
and operations experience provides Mr. Sprague with
a unique background for developing solutions targeted
to achieve client objectives in the field of distribution.

Norman Saenz Jr. – Associate Principal
Mr. Saenz, Jr. has 17 years experience in distribution center operations planning, supply chain management strategy development, and warehouse management systems definition/selection/implementation. He specializes in detailed data analysis/profiling, material flow/process analysis, materials handling and storage equipment planning, labor rate estimating, space and layout planning, facility network strategies and WMS/technology selection and implementation. Mr. Saenz has worked on hundreds of projects, including improvements to existing facilities, facility expansions and Greenfield facility plans. He has worked in numerous industries from retail, food/beverage, apparel, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and 3PL/distributors. His projects have included process improvement, material handling/storage equipment planning, layout planning, labor estimating, technology enhancements, system software modifications, facility network strategy development, and return on investment analysis. Mr. Saenz has established himself as a leader in the supply chain consulting industry, having been published over 30 times in various industry trade magazines and presented over 40 times at national industry conventions.

John A. Lemire – Associate Principal
Mr. Lemire is an Associate Principal at KEOGH Consulting, Inc. with over twenty five years experience in materials handling system design and project management. His experience includes evaluation, analysis, planning, design, project management, and implementation of materials handling systems for re-engineered and new distribution warehouse facilities. His experience includes gap analysis, scripted demonstration, functional system description, and proposal evaluation and implementation of Warehouse Management Systems. Mr. Lemire's previous operations management experience in retail, grocery, and beverage distribution combine with his consulting experience to provide clients a realistic and practical approach to planning, designing, and managing successful materials handling system projects.

Todd J. Kovi – Associate Principal
Mr. Kovi is an Associate Principal at KEOGH Consulting, Inc. with over twenty years experience in materials handling system design and project management. Mr. Kovi’s experience includes 8 years with major multi-national corporations where he held positions as Director of Operations, Director of Engineering, Project Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. He has lead teams in re-engineering and design of many manufacturing and distribution processes and facilities. He has implemented Lean Methods in manufacturing and distribution environments and is a certified Green Belt. Project management experience includes implementation of single and multi-site ERP and Warehousing Systems (WMS). He has experience in facility sizing, business operations and cost control, project cost management, strategic business planning, labor and personnel relations, and business information system integration. He has worked on many supplier outsourcing initiatives, facility relocation projects and supplier performance/system integrations.
