KEOGH Consulting’s President and CEO acquires Company Shares and Announces Key Positions
Cleveland, OH -- September 05, 2006 -- KEOGH Consulting, Inc., a management consulting services firm, announced Mr.
Ravindra Madala, President and CEO, has acquired full ownership of the Company. Earlier this year, Mr. Madala acquired
shares held by Mr. Frank W. Renshaw, Co-founder and former President. Effective July 5, 2006, Mr. Madala acquired the
remaining shares held by Mr. Tom Guschke, Executive Vice President.
Mr. Tom Guschke will continue employment with the Company serving as Principal Consultant and is expected to retire in
December 2010. Mr. Frank Renshaw will also continue employment with the Company focusing on new business
development, practice improvement, and associate development.
Mr. Scott O. Sprague has been promoted to Principal Engineer. Mr. Sprague will focus on Material Handling Equipment
practice and manage the day-to-day operations of the Cleveland office. Mr. Sprague began his employment with KEOGH in
1986 serving as Project Manager and most recently served as Engineering Manager.
Mr. Naveen Prasad Surapaneni has been promoted to Senior Solutions Consultant. Mr. Surapaneni implements Warehouse
Management System Software for Clients with complex supply chain requirements.
Mr. Todd J. Kovi has re-joined KEOGH Consulting as Senior Project Manager. Mr. Kovi has extensive experience in
development of system specifications, data conversion methods, and testing and validation methodologies.
