Management Systems, Productivity Management Systems,
Slotting, Transportation, and Management Reporting

Our software implementation methodologies include many
phases. Each phase has its own deliverables and performance
expectations. Each phase deliverable is approved by
a steering committee monitoring the project. Our management
tools include an automated issues / action item list,
assignment, progress monitoring and resolutions. Project
reports are prepared weekly summarizing the over-all
project status, key deliverables, and milestones. |

We review any GAPs very early in the project to give management an early view of the project scope.

Software Implementation and Support

Lead / participate in software configuration.

Help in the development of new SOPs, test scripts, and user acceptance testing, training curriculum, and end-user training.

Guide / participate in user acceptance testing and monitor each test script.

Guide / participate in the documentation for the conversion plan, risk mitigation plans, and contingency plans.

Assumes primary responsibility for multiple go-live simulations.
